Day School. Admissions Process

This is the Admissions Process for our Day School program. More information about the Admissions Process for our Roots Program is here.

Thank you for your interest in Bloom360 Learning Community, a nonprofit school for neurodivergent individuals. We look forward to connecting with you to determine together if we can support your child’s learning journey. We employ a thorough, thoughtful process to make the best possible decision for your child/young adult. We need family involvement at this crucial step and want to spend time getting to know you and your child. Our approach is to create an open dialogue for sharing and honesty. As parents of neurodivergent children ourselves, we understand the importance of a non-judgmental, family-friendly experience that builds a relationship and network of support for your child and family.

Bloom360 Learning Community has joined with TADS, an online admissions and tuition system for families to use throughout the enrollment and ongoing administration process.

Typically, the Admissions process involves the following steps:

1

Parents contact Bloom360 via a phone call (414-935-6360)_or email (info@bloom360.org) and schedule a call with one of our staff members. After the call, parents are invited to schedule a time to visit the program with their child outside of regular school hours. (Generally, parents do not move forward to the steps below before having an introductory call and visit.)

2

Parent(s) fill out and submit Bloom360 Learning Community application through TADS – click on link, register an account (by creating username and password), fill out online application and submit application fee through TADS.

Please note that the TADS application will time out after one hour of inactivity, resulting in the loss of unsaved information. Be sure to click save draft after each question you answer.

3

Family Discovery Session – An in-person parent(s) and Bloom360 Team meeting to begin to learn more about your child and family.

4

Child Discovery Session – to start to build a relationship with your child (with 2 team members).

5

Once the above steps have been completed the Bloom360 Team will review all the information and determine if Bloom360 Learning Community is a mutual fit. If so, the Growth Ring will also be determined, which refers to the educational program your child/young adult will be enrolled in for that said school year. Bloom360 Learning Community will schedule a time to discuss the Growth Ring and our admittance decision.

6

Upon admission, Bloom360 Team works with family to establish a transition plan.
